Changing your bill delivery method

Depending on which services you have with us, you can choose electronic or paper delivery of your bill. After you go paperless, it's a good idea to set up email alerts so you know when your bill is available and ready to be downloaded.

To change to paperless delivery:

  1. Click the Billing tile, then click the Invoices subtile.
  1. Click Paperless Billing.
  1. Click the Paperless Billing tile.
  1. Select the checkbox next to the account(s) you want to enroll in paperless billing, then click Enroll.
  1. Confirm you authorize the change by typing your name in the field, then click Next.
  1. Click Done.

IMPORTANT: Paperless billing is not the same thing as Autopay. If you want to set up a recurring payment, you can enroll in Autopay. Signing up for paperless billing only means you receive an email copy of your bill instead of a paper copy. You're still responsible for making a payment each month.

Did you know?

  • It can take one to two full billing cycles for paperless billing to be implemented.
