If you haven't set a default enterprise ID for your user profile and you have access to more than one enterprise ID, Control Center lists the enterprise IDs you have access to so you can select the enterprise ID you want to work with (or select a default enterprise ID to work with).
If you set a default enterprise ID, Control Center directs you to either the Control Center dashboard or the MyLevel3 dashboard. Use the instructions below to move from Control Center to MyLevel3 (or MyLevel3 to Control Center).
To switch from Control Center to MyLevel3
In the upper-right corner, click your username or enterprise ID.
Control Center displays the enterprise IDs your user profile is assigned to and highlights the row for the enterprise ID you're currently viewing. If you have a default enterprise ID set, Control Center displays a house icon () on the row for that enterprise ID.
Click the row for an enterprise ID with My Level 3 in the Portal Default column.
Control Center redirects you to MyLevel3 for the enterprise ID you selected.
To switch from MyLevel3 to Control Center
In the upper-right corner, click on your name, enterprise ID, or enterprise name.
MyLevel3 displays a list of enterprise IDs your user profile is assigned to.
Click the row for an enterprise ID with Control Center in the Portal column.
MyLevel3 redirects you to Control Center for the enterprise ID you selected.
