Switching between Control Center and MyLevel3

If you have access to both Control Center and MyLevel3, you can move between the two portals to manage your services.

Important: To move between the two portals more efficiently, your username must be assigned to at least one Control Center enterprise ID and at least one MyLevel3 enterprise ID. If your username is not assigned to more than one enterprise ID for each portal, you must log in to each portal separately or request that a system administrator for your organization add your username to the other enterprise ID(s).

To switch between Control Center and MyLevel3:

Control Center does one of the following:

  • If you haven't set a default enterprise ID for your user profile and you have access to more than one enterprise ID, Control Center lists the enterprise IDs you have access to so you can select the enterprise ID you want to work with (or select a default enterprise ID to work with).

  • If you set a default enterprise ID, Control Center directs you to either the Control Center dashboard or the MyLevel3 dashboard. Use the instructions below to switch Control Center to MyLevel3 (or MyLevel3 to Control Center).

Switching from Control Center to MyLevel3

  1. In the upper-right corner, click your username or enterprise ID.

    Control Center redirects you to MyLevel3 for the enterprise ID you selected.

  1. In the upper-right corner, Control Center.

    MyLevel3 redirects you to Control Center.
