Using Control Center on a mobile device

If you're away from your desk, you can still access Control Center. Log in to Control Center from your mobile device using the login credentials you always use for Control Center. (If you've forgotten your username/password, you can retrieve them.) Control Center is mobile friendly and responds to the device you're using—whether computer, tablet, or smartphone, there's no app to download.

Using the mobile site, you can manage many of the services you do with the desktop version. For example, you can:
 

  • Log in to Control Center

  • Create, close, or update repair tickets

  • View current toll-free routing

  • Make alternate call plans

  • Activate call plans

The mobile site works with these operating systems (or later):
 

  • Android 2.1

  • iOS 4.0

  • BlackBerry 6.0

  • Windows Mobile 7
