Viewing the status of a repair ticket or configuration request without logging in

Need to check the status of a repair ticket or configuration request while you're on the go, but don't want to log in to Control Center? Now, you can enter your billing account number and your ticket/request number to get a quick status update.

  1. In the login box, click Repair Status.
  1. Type the ticket ID and billing account number, then click Submit.

    Control Center displays the details for the repair ticket or configuration request you entered (ticket details, work log, contacts, and attachments).
  1. Do one of the following:

    • To check the status of another ticket, click Reset and go back to step 3.

    • To close the status window and return to the login page, click Cancel.

    • To update the work log notes or change the status of the ticket. Log in to Control Center and then make your updates to the ticket.
