Viewing the status of an order without logging in

Need to check the status of an order while you're on the go, but don't want to log in to Control Center? Now, you can enter your billing account number and your order number to get a quick status update on your order. Need to check the status of a repair ticket or configuration request? You can also check the status of an open ticket/request without logging in.

  1. In the login box, click Order Status.
  1. Type the order number and the billing account number for the order, then click Submit.

    Control Center displays the order timeline. You can zoom in and out on the timeline to view details for milestones, any milestone attachments, due dates, and contact information for the order (if available).
  1. Do one of the following:

    • To check the status of another order, click Search Again.

    • To close the status window and return to the login page, click Close Details.
