Viewing the status of an order without logging in

You can check the status of an order while you're on the go without logging in to Control Center. Just type your billing account number and order number to get a quick status update on your order. You can also check the status of an open ticket without logging in.

  1. In the login box, click Order Status.
  1. Type the order number and the billing account number, click Submit.

    Control Center displays the order timeline. You can zoom in and out on the timeline to view details for milestones, milestone attachments, due dates, and contact information for the order (if available).
  1. Do one of the following:

    • To check the status of another order, click Search Again.

    • To close the status window and return to the log in page, click Close Details.
