Reserving a toll-free number

If you want to request a specific toll-free number, called a vanity number, you need to check to see if the number is available and if it is, you need to reserve it. After you've reserved it, you can then order it. If you've already reserved a number, but no longer need it, you can cancel the number.

Note: You can reserve multiple vanity numbers; however, you need to reserve them one a at a time.

    • Search for a specific service (by service type, account, etc.) using the Search by… field and search box. (To search using multiple search criteria, click Advanced Search, then fill in your search criteria and click Apply Search Filters. When you're done, click Close Advanced Search.)
