Disconnecting a phone number from your SIP trunk service

Using Control Center, you can disconnect phone numbers from your SIP trunk service. 

To disconnect a SIP trunk phone number:

  1. Click the Products & Services tile, then click the Inventory subtile.
  1. Click the service ID for SIP trunk service you want to modify.

  2. Click the green arrow in the Telephone Number Management section.
  1. Select the checkbox next to the phone numbers you want to disconnect.
  1. From the Select Action list, select Disconnect TN, then click Go.

  2. Click Yes.

    A message appears confirming your disconnect order (with your order number). You can check the status of your order in Control Center.
