Viewing your managed services inventory

Use Control Center to view your CenturyLink® Managed Services inventory, which is organized by location.

To view your managed services inventory:

  1. Click the Products & Services tile, then click the Other Inventory subtile.
  1. Click Managed Services. (If you don't subscribe to Managed Services, you won't see the Managed Services tile—and you may not see the Other Inventory subtile.)
  1. To view detailed information for a service, under the location name column, click the name, which is a link.
  1. On the Location Details page, do any of the following:

    • To customize the name of the location (e.g., Store #1410 or Georgia Sales Office), click Edit Location Name, type the name, then click Done.

    • To view information about the about the circuit, port, and access; click Access Circuit (below Summary).

    • To view billing information for the service, click Billing (below Access Circuit and Summary).

    • To return to an overview of the location, click Summary.

Did you know? If you click Solution Summary, you'll see a detailed breakout of all your managed services, including: locations, account numbers, service IDs, solution types, and MS devices/equipment.
