Managing your VoIP services

You can manage your CenturyLink® Managed VoIP and Integrated Access services using the Manage My VoIP Service portal.  

To manage your Managed VoIP and Integrated Access services:

  1. Click the Admin tile, then click the Tools & Misc subtile.
  1. Click the Voice Over IP Services tile. (If you don't have VoIP service or the correct permissions, you won't see the Voice Over IP Services tile.)
  1. Log in to the IP Voice portal to manage your advanced services.

  2. Use the site to manage your users, trunks, calling features, and inventory. You can also generate use reports.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it. If you've forgotten your user ID, contact us.
