Viewing your CenturyLink IQ Networking Service inventory

Use your CenturyLink® IQ Networking service to check your service inventory. The inventory lists of all the IQ circuits associated with your organization.

To get to the CenturyLinnk IQ Networking inventory screen:

  1. Click the Products & Services tile, then click the Inventory subtile.

    Control Center displays a list of all services assigned to the accounts under your enterprise ID. If you have more than ten services, you can view the rest of your services by clicking one of the green linked Show numbers at the top of the list or you can click the green down arrow at the bottom of the list to add ten services at a time to the view.
  1. You can view your CenturyLink IQ Networking inventory in one of these ways:

    • From the Sort by… list, select Service Type, then type IQ* and press Enter.

    • Click Advanced Search, select the IQ Networking checkbox, then click Apply Search Filters.

On the Inventory subtile, for each of your CenturyLink IQ Networking services, you can see the service ID, any custom name you may have created, account number, and service location. For more detailed information about the service, click the service ID or the green arrow on the right of the line for the service.

Did you know?

  • While viewing the inventory details for a service, you can click on the Repair or Configuration sections to create or view repair/configuration tickets.

  • While viewing the inventory details for a service, you can also add (or edit) a custom name for the service (e.g., Store #1410 or Regional Headquarters). Click the Details section, click Edit Custom Name, type the name, then click Save. (To remove a custom name, click Edit Custom Nameclear the Custom Name field, then click Save.)
