Usage Analyst

From Control Center, you can access the Usage Analyst tool to get insight into your telcom use. You can see your use online and run summary or detail reports to track and analyze your telecom use. With your use data you can view standard reports or create custom ones and assign your accounts and services to your organization’s departments each month. Plus, the Download Center is where you can access all of your completed reports.

Billing reports

Bill Analyst

From Control Center, you can access the Bill Analyst tool to view summary or detail reports to track and analyze your telecom spending data. With your billing data, you can view standard reports or create custom reports to:
  • rank telecom expenses as a budget item
  • allocate costs across multiple departments or locations
  • track calling patterns
  • share costs with other departments
  • consolidate statements
  • align hierarchies, markups, and cost allocations
  • allocate automatically
  • check for errors

Invoice Management

You can use Invoice Management in Control Center to track and analyze telecom spend across your organization; generate standard or custom summary and detail reports and organize report data to reflect your organization's structure.

Network performance reports

Network performance & Topology Application (PTAP) reports
