You will receive either an on-hold or storage-limit-exceeded message when you try to order a new report and you are out of space for your reports in Bill Analyst. You share this space with the other users in your organization. To avoid receiving these messages, become familiar with your maximum storage limits.
To find your maximum storage limit:
Did you know? If you consistently run a report that exceeds the 10 MB storage space, the system will run the report regardless of its size. It's only when you exceed storage limits that new orders are put on hold.
