Viewing the change history for a hierarchy in Bill Analyst

Hierarchies are useful, but if multiple people are making changes to them, interpreting them can get confusing. Use the change history feature to see what changes have been made to your organization's hierarchy.  

To see changes made to your hierarchy structure:

  1. Click the Reports tile, then click the Billing Reports subtile.
  1. Click Bill Analyst.

Control Center opens Bill Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click Setup.
  1. In the Hierarchies box, click View Change History.
  1. Click the orange link for the change history you want to view. We selected Edit Levels: Nodes.

  1. To refine your search, change the start and end dates, click View.
