Selecting a custom invoice report

You can select the type of report that is included with your CenturyLink invoice. You can choose to get instructions on how to use the bill report selection tool, get the customer service phone number, or use a tool to order specific reports.

To select a custom invoice report:

  1. Click the Reports tile, then click the Billing Reports subtile.
  1. Click Custom Invoice Reports.
  1. Select the checkbox next to the account you want a report for, then click Submit.
  1. Do one of the following

    • select Instructions if you want to know how to use the bill report selection tool

    • select Call to get the number for Customer Service to get help with your reporting selections

    • select Next to go directly to the bill report selection tool
