Adding a filter from the summary or detail tab in Usage Analyst

In Usage Analyst you can select from a variety of filters from a list in either the summary or detail tab. The process is the same, no matter which tab you select.

To add a filter in the summary or detail tab:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Usage Analyst.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Summary or Detail tab.
  1. From the Filter list, select the fliter you want, click View Report.
