Checking the status of an ordered use report in Usage Analyst

You can check the status of the use reports you've ordered. When you order a report, you can choose to be notified by email when it's ready or you can check on its status the next time you're in Control Center.

To check the status of a report you've ordered:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Usage Analyst.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Download Center tab.
  1. Click either Completed Orders or Pending Orders.

    • Completed reports appear on the completed orders page.

    • To see your reports, you'll need to select a Report Type from the list, and click View.

    • To see all your pending reports (reports that are not complete), use the Report Type box. 

      If you submit an order and decide you need to make changes to it, you can. Select the box next to the order, click Edit Order, make your changes, and then click Submit Order.
