Click Reports, click Voice Reports, then click Usage Analyst.
Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.
Click the Summary or Detail tab. We chose the Summary tab in our example.
Select the report you want, then click View Report.
Select the radio button for the file format you want, then select the radio button for the layout.
To print a report, first export it, and then open and print it from your desktop. When you order a report in PDF format, the size and orientation of the page impacts what you'll see displayed. This is because the system must truncate the report to fit the space available. If you order a PDF-formatted report and some of the information you requested is missing, edit your report by deleting fields you do not need so the information you want appears on the page.
