You need to know your maximum storage limits in Usage Analyst so you avoid running out of available storage space for new reports.
You share this space with the other users in your organization. If your organization runs out of storage space, no new reports can be processed, and pending orders will be put on hold. You will receive either an on-hold or storage-limit-exceeded message when you try to order a new report and you are out of space for your reports in Usage Analyst. To maintain storage space, become familiar with your maximum storage limits and regularly delete old reports you no longer need.

Did you know? If you consistently run a report that exceeds the 10 MB storage space, the system will run the report regardless of its size. It's only when you exceed storage limits that new orders are put on hold.
