Getting notifed when an ordered use report is complete in Usage Analyst

After you have ordered a report, you can set up an email notification to let you know when your order is complete. In addition, you can have a notification emailed to other people in your organization when an order you placed is ready.

To get notified when your order is complete:

  1. Click the Reports tile, then click the Voice Reports subtile.
  1. Click Usage Analyzer.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Summary or Detail tab.
  1. Click the radio button next to the item(s) you want to order, then click Order Report.
  1. As part of the order report form, there's a report notification section. Complete it, indicating you want to be notified by email when your order is complete. (Check and update the contact information we have on file for you.)

  2. Click Submit Order.
Did you know? To notify your colleagues when your order is complete, select a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) location, and then enter the email address(es) for where you want the notification to be sent. Before you can select this option, you first need to add an SFTP location to your account.
