Viewing the change history for a hierarchy in Usage Analyst

Hierarchies are useful, but if multiple people are making changes to them, interpreting them can get confusing. Use the change history feature to see what changes have been made to your organization's hierarchy.

To view hierarchy structure changes:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Usage Analyst.

Control Center opens Usage Analyst in a separate window.

  1. Click the Setup tab.
  1. In the Hierarchies box, click View Change History.
  1. Click the orange link for the action you wish to view. We chose Edit Levels: Nodes in our example.

  1. To refine your search, change the start and end dates, click View.
