Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab.
Click Toll Free.
Click Traffic Utilization.
In the Report Type section, select the type of traffic utilization report you want to run. We selected statistic. (If you're running a predefined report, select it from the list.)
In the Statistic Report section, select the time frame for your report. We selected Daily.
In the Toll-free Search section, select the toll-free numbers you'd like to include in your report. We selected Get all Toll-free numbers.
Select numbers from the Available Toll-free list that you want to include in the report. To add a number to the report, highlight the number and click Add. To remove a number from the report, highlight the number, then click Delete.
Fill in the information for the report:
In the Name field, type a name for your report. This name is what the report is called if you save it and run it again in the future.
In the Title field, type a title for your report. This title is the name for the report in the list of run reports that are available for viewing.
In the Comments field, type comments, this is optional. You may want to add comments about the report such as the numbers or data used to create the report.
Click on the name of the Report Title to view the report, then do one of the following:
to create the report and save the criteria you used to run the report in the future, click Save and Run
to create the report and discard the criteria you used, click Run and Don't Save
to schedule the report to run on a frequency you specify, click Schedule
Click on the green link of the report you want to open.
If you want to download the report, click on one of the green links.
