Viewing a traffic utilization report

You can view traffic statistics for your toll-free and terminating (ring-to) numbers. You can also schedule reports to run automatically and be delivered to your inbox.

To view a traffic utilization report:

  1. Click the Reports tile, then click the Voice Reporting subtile.
  1. Click Toll Free.
  1. Click Traffic Utilization.
  1. In the Report Type section, select the type of traffic utilization report you want to run. We selected statistic. (If you're running a predefined report, select it from the list.)

  2. Click Next.
  1. In the Statistic Report section, select the time frame for your report. We selected Daily. 

  2. Click Next.
  1. In the Toll-free Search section, select the toll-free numbers you'd like to include in your report. We selected Get all Toll-free numbers. 

  2. Click Next.
  1. Select the toll-free numbers from the Available Toll-free list and click Add. If you need to remove any numbers you've added, highlight the number and click Delete.

  2. Click Next.
  1. In the Name field, type a name for your report. 

  2. In the Title field, type a title for the 

  3. In the Comments field, type comments, this is optional.

  4. Click Next.
  1. Click on the name of the Report Title to view the report.
  1. You'll see the report data and have the option of downloading it.
