Viewing a trunk utilization report

Trunk utilization reports provide use data and statistics for toll-free numbers in near realtime. You can review your use by toll-free number or terminating address; select from two reports:
 

  • Statistical reports—use totals by toll-free number on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis. This report displays a list of toll-free numbers, followed by use information for each number.

  • Ring-to reports—use totals by terminating address on a monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly basis. This report displays a list of trunks and switched-terminating addresses by toll-free number, followed by use information.

To run a trunk utilization report:

  1. Click the Reports tile, then click the Voice Reporting subtile.
  1. Click Toll Free.
  1. Click Trunk Utilization.

View either a recurring or an on demand report.

To view a recurring report:
 

  1. Select the checkbox next to a report.

  2. Click Submit.

To view an on-demand report:
 

  1. Click the On Demand tab.

  2. Select the checkbox next to a report.

  3. Click Submit.
  1. Click Refresh to see whether an in-progress report has finished.

Did you know? Ring-to data is raw data that's kept for eight days; statistical data is aggregated, summary data and it's kept for forty days.
