Viewing a utilization report for toll-free service

After you or someone in your organization creates a toll-free utilization report you can view it again, Control Center stores the report online and will send an email notification when the report is ready.

To view a utilization report for toll-free service:

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Voice Reports subtab. 
  1. Click Toll Free.
  1. Click Trunk Utilization.
