Getting information about an unfamiliar ticket

If you receive an email from CenturyLink about a ticket that doesn't sound familiar, you can get information about that ticket in Control Center so you know what to do next. (We do open tickets on your behalf if we detect a problem with your service, so that could be why you've received an email about a ticket you don't recognize.)

To get more information for a ticket you received an emailed about:
 

  • Check the subject line of the email, which will indicate it's either a repair or billing issue. 

  • Look in the subject line or body of the email for the ticket number.
