Viewing network-maintenance events on a calendar or in a list

CenturyLink makes every effort to list network maintenance that may affect your services. Using Control Center, you can view scheduled network-maintenance events related to your services either on a calendar or in a list. You can also download the list of events to use elsewhere. You can also add an event to your personal calendar or request that an event be rescheduled.

Viewing network-maintenance events on a calendar

To view network-maintenance events on a calendar:
  1. Click the Service Mgmt tab (service management), then click the Maintenance Calendar subtab. 

Control Center displays a calendar showing all current network maintenance events affecting your CenturyLink services for the current month.

  1. Do any of the following:

    • To change the time zone used for the events, click Select Timezone and choose one from the list. (By default, Control Center shows events based on the time zone preference you selected in your profile—your local time zone or Greenwich Mean Time.)

    • To change the month you're viewing, use the arrows on either side of the month and year.

    • To download the events for the month you're viewing, click the Download icon ( ).

    • To view details for an event, click the event.

      Control Center displays the details for the event: start/end date and time, affected services, etc.

To view network-maintenance events in a list:
  1. Click the Service Mgmt tab (service management), then click the Maintenance Calendar subtab.

  1. Click the list icon ( ).

    Control Center lists the network-maintenance events related to your CenturyLink services.
  1. Do any of the following:
