Viewing the status of your configuration change requests

You can check the status of configuration change requests you've submitted for CenturyLink® IQ Networking and/or DIA services. 

To view the status of your configuration change requests:

  1. Click the Service Management tile, then click the Configuration subtile.

    Control Center displays all configuration change requests created in the last 90 days. By default, requests are organized by the date the request was created (starting with the newest). The Status column shows the status for each request: New, Assigned, Pending, Closed, Canceled.
  1. To view details for the configuration change request, click the green arrow () on the far right of the line for the request.

Did you know? If you want to find a specific service, you can search for it in various ways:

  • Sort your services using the Sort by… list. You can toggle between descending and ascending order using the arrow to the right of the Sort by… list.

  • Filter your services by selecting an option from the View All (Default) list.

  • Search for a specific service using the Search by… field and search box. (To search using multiple search criteria, click Advanced Search, then fill in your search criteria and click Apply Search Filters. When you're done, click Close Advanced Search.)
