  • Intervals are estimates and represent business days from the date you sign the contract until the date CenturyLink installs your service

  • Orders requiring network expansion to the building may incur an additional 30 to 65 business days’ lead times

  • Longest terminating region interval applies

  • For CenturyLink Managed Security Services and Managed IP/VPN with NA and EMEA terminations, add a minimum of 5 business days

  • Voice and CenturyLink Voice Complete® SLOs dependent on related access SLOs
