Logging in to MyLevel3

You can use the MyLevel3 portal to view and manage your organization's legacy Level 3 services online. First you'll need to log in to the portal.

If you have been set up with two-factor authentication, you can log in to MyLevel3 with elevated security by following an extra step. You can then manage your secure products, such as Encrypted Wavelength.

Logging in to MyLevel3 with standard access

To log in to MyLevel3 with standard access:

  1. Open a browser and go to https://www.centurylink.com/business/login.
  1. Click Log In.
  1. Type your username and password.
  1. Click LOG IN.

    MyLevel3 opens to your homepage dashboard.

Logging in to MyLevel3 with secure access

To log in to MyLevel3 with two-factor authentication (secure access) your username must be in the lastname.firstname format. If you know you have this level of security, and your username doesn't match this format, contact your MyLevel3 system administrator or CenturyLink representative to change your access.

To log in to MyLevel3 with secure access:

  1. Open a browser and go to https://www.centurylink.com/business/login.
  1. Click Log In.
  1. Type your username and password.
  1. Click LOG IN.

    MyLevel3 prompts you to enter your one-time token code.
  1. Open the SafeNet application, then type your PIN to generate a one-time token code.
  1. Type or paste the generated code into the Security Solutions login page, then click Continue.

    You are now logged in to MyLevel3 with secure access.
