Network Tools tab

Find tools for managing your network under the Network Tools tab in MyLevel3.

In MyLevel3, hover over the Network Tools tab, then choose the option you want to use from the list.

Know your network

Use the network-management features in MyLevel3 to help ensure network safety, security, and performance. The options available to you are determined by your permissions:
  • Network Maps—view the CenturyLink global network, including near-net and on-net buildings
  • Voice Feature Management—use the Voice Feature Management portal to activate, deactivate, and manage  Voice Complete features on your users’ phone numbers
  • Manage Radius Users—administer user accounts for Secure Access Mobility and Managed Network Services CLI (Command-Line-Interface) Access
  • Secure Access Administration—view the circuits and pre-shared passwords on your Secure Access site and mobility products
  • Business Line Features—manage features for business line phone numbers associated with your account
  • Alerts—manage your service alert settings and view alert history
