Changing your Voice Feature Management portal password or passcode

As a Voice Feature Management portal user, you can change your own portal password and passcode in the portal.

To change your Voice Feature Management portal password or passcode:

  1. Do one of the following to access the Voice Feature Management portal:

    • If you're currently logged in to MyLevel3, click Network Tools > Volce Feature Management. Then, on the Voice Feature Management page, click the Launch Voice Feature Management link.

    • If you're not currently logged in to MyLevel3, open a browser and go to https://voiceconfig.centurylink.com.

The Voice Feature Management portal displays your calling features.

  1. Click the Profile tab.
  1. Click the + next to Change Password.
  1. Change your Voice Feature Management portal password or passcode by doing one of the following:

    • To create a new password yourself, type your new password/passcode, retype the password/passcode, then click Save.

    • To have the Voice Feature Management portal create a password or passcode for you, click Generate.
  1. Click Show/Hide password to keep it hidden or display it when you log in to the portal.
