From the main menu, select Orders > Dynamic Connections.
MyLevel3 lists all your connections with a status and brief summary for each connection.
Click Create Connection.
In the From Connection Type field, select Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In the To Connection Type field, select Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Fill in the information for the connection:
From the From Location list, select the connection origination endpoint from the list.
From the To Location list, select where you want your connection to terminate.
In the Bandwidth field, select the bandwidth for the connection. (MyLevel3 displays pricing for the bandwidth you selected.)
In the Connection Name field, type a name for the connection you're creating.
Fill in the information for the origination AWS connection. If you need help filling in a field, hover over the "i" to the right of the field.
CE-VLAN—type an unused VLAN ID (between 1 and 4095).
AWS Account ID—type the AWS VPC account number that matches this virtual interface.
Auto Accept—to accept the new virtual interface (VIF) automatically, click the checkbox. If you uncheck this option, you must enter the related information in your account in the AWS portal. (If you don't want to auto-accept the connection, learn how to accept this in the AWS portal.)
Virtual Gateway—type a virtual private gateway (VGW) attached to the VPC you want to connect to.
BGP Peer IPs—if you want to have peer IPs automatically generated, click the Auto-generate Peer IPs checkbox. If you do not want the Peer IPs to be auto-generated, uncheck this option, then provide the following information:
Your Router Peer IP—type the destination CIDR that AWS should use to send traffic on your end.
AWS Router Peer IP—type the destination CIDR you'll be using to send traffic to AWS. (This will be configured on the AWS end to receive your traffic.)
BGP ASN—type your public or private BGP autonomous system number.
BGP Key—the password that is used to authenticate the BGP session. If you want a BGP key to be auto-generated for you, click the Auto-generated BGP key checkbox. If you don't want a key auto-generated, clear the checkbox and fill in the Your BGP Authentication Key field.
Fill in the information for the termination AWS connection.
Review your connection information, then click the I agree with the terms and conditions checkbox. (To enable the checkbox, scroll to the bottom of the terms and conditions.)
Click Create Connection.
MyLevel3 creates the request for the connection. From here, you can either view the status of your request (click the list link) or close the window (click Close) to do something else in MyLevel3.
