Profile management

We use the contact information in your Control Center profile ticket to alert you to changes and issues with your service as well as to pre-fill information in tickets. It's important to keep your profile information current so you receive these notices (and any others you elect to receive):

Alerts & notifications

You can set up alerts and notifications in Control Center and be notified by text, email, or through the Alert Center about things like billing, repair, order status, etc.

CenturyLink automatically creates tickets for the following alarms:

  • Daemon down: detects when the SD-WAN software service goes down
  • Interface down: detects when an interface is down
  • High CPU: detects when CenturyLink provided CPE exceeds defined thresholds
  • High memory: detects when the memory exceeds defined thresholds
  • BGP neighbor down: detects when a BGP neighbor is not in an established state
  • Circuit down: detects when an SD-WAN overlay tunnel to both SD-WAN controllers is down across any transport path
