Accessing the Contact Center Client for the first time

The first time you access the Contact Center Client, you’ll go through the VoIP portal. After the first sign in, you can go directly to the Contact Center Client at We recommend you bookmark this page.

To access the Contact Center Client for the first time:

  1. Log in to the VoIP portal.
  1. From the top right menu in the VoIP portal, click the Contact Center Client link.

    The Contact Center Client opens with the sign-in prompt.

  2. To log in, use your VoIP portal credentials. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.
Note:  If you don’t have your credentials, you will find the log in information in your welcome email. 


  1.  To stay signed in to the Contact Center Client, select the checkbox next to the Stay Signed In option.

  2. To bookmark the Contact Center Agent Client URL, click the Bookmark this Page link, then Ctrl D.

  3. Click the Sign In button.
