Changing a contact's record in your personal directory

If a contact’s phone number or name changes, you can modify the entry in your personal directory.  

To change a contact's record in your personal directory:
 

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Client.
  1. Under the Contacts pane, next to Personal, click the Edit icon (a pencil).
  1. In the personal directory, find the contact.

  2. To edit the contact’s information, double click on any field, then modify the entry.

  3. When you’re done, press the Enter key (on your keyboard).

The contact’s information is updated.
