Changing the statistics for the queues you monitor

From the Contact Center Agent Client Dashboard pane the queue statistics will automatically display based on the default queue monitoring settings. You can choose the statistics you want to see on the dashboard or use the default settings.

To change the statistics for the queues you monitor:
 

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Agent Client.

  2. From the Dashboard pane’s header bar, click the Options icon (a wrench and screwdriver).
  1. Click Select Visible Fields.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select the checkbox next to each statistical field you want to show on the dashboard.

    • For a field you don’t want to show on the dashboard, deselect the checkbox next to the  option.
Note: If you want to see all statistics available, select the checkbox next to Select All.
  1. When you’re done, click Save.
