Viewing and using your directories

In the Contact Center Client, use the Contacts pane to view your directories (enterprise, personal, speed dial, queues, supervisor, and agent). If you’re an agent, use the supervisor directory to get details about supervisors and queues that are assigned to you. If you’re a supervisor, use the agents directory to get details about agents and queues that are assigned to you.

To view and use the Contact Center Client's directories:
 

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Client.
  1. From the Contacts pane, do any of the following:

    • To expand a directory, click the green arrow pointing up next to a directory’s name.

    • To collapse (close) a directory, click the green arrow pointing down next to a directory’s name.

    • To access a contact’s information, click the contact’s name.

    • To call a contact, click the CALL button next to the contact’s name.

    • To send a contact an email, click the EMAIL button.
