Viewing and using your queue directory

From the Contacts pane in the Contact Center Client you can view the queue(s) that are assigned to you.

To view and use your queues directory:

  1. Sign in to the Contact Center Client.

  2. To expand the queues directory, from the Contacts pane, click the green arrow pointing up next to Queues.
  1. You can also do the following:

    • To view a queue’s phone number, click the queue’s record.

    • To call a queue, click the gray CALL button.
