Navigating around the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar

The Enterprise Assistant Toolbar includes two rows of buttons, so you can easily turn on and off features and settings, dial and answer calls, search, and access personal and group directories.

Navigating the top row of the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar

The top row is where you log in, set features, access your personal and group directories, and link to the online VoIP portal.

The bottom row is where you control your calls such as dialing, answering, holding, conferencing, and viewing an active call’s details.
