Turning off forwarding all calls

If you no longer want to automatically forward your calls to another number, you can turn off the Call Forwarding Always feature using the Services window or the icon on the toolbar.

To Call Forwarding Always using the Services window:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Call Forwarding Always.
  1. Click the Off radio button.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.


To turn off Call Forwarding Always using the icon on the toolbar:
 

  1. Open your browser with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click the Call Forward Always icon (the blue silhouette with the white arrow).
