Turning off forwarding calls to another phone number when your line is busy
If you no longer want to automatically forward calls to another number when your line is busy, you can turn the Call Forwarding Busy feature off through the Services window or the Call Forward Busy icon on the toolbar. If the feature is turned off and your line is busy, calls will go to voicemail.
To turn off Call Forwarding Busy using the Services window:
Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Call Forwarding Busy.
Click the Off radio button.
Do one of the following:
If you want to make additional changes, click Apply,then click on the next feature to set.
If you're done, click OK.
To turn off Call Forwarding Busy on the toolbar:
Open your browser with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
Click the Call Forward Busy icon (a red silhouette with a white arrow).
