Turning off other lines ringing when your line rings (Simultaneous Ring)

If you no longer want other phones to ring when someone calls your phone number, you can turn off the Simultaneous Ring feature. You can turn off the feature using the Services window or the icon on the toolbar.

To turn off Simultaneous Ring using the Services window:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

    The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Simultaneous Ring.
  1. Click the Off radio button.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.

To turn off Simultaneous Ring using the toolbar:
 

  1. Open your browser with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click the Simultaneous Ring icon (a blue circle with white phone in the middle).

Did you know? You can turn the Simultaneous Ring feature on using the Simultaneous Ring icon on the toolbar. However, if you want to add or change a phone number in the list, you’ll need to click on Services, then under the Incoming Calls menu, click Simultaneous Ring to make changes.
