Turning off the Anywhere feature

If you no longer want to use your mobile or another phone as your Anywhere phone, turn off the feature or delete the phone from your Anywhere Locations List. You can also change your Anywhere phone or add another Anywhere phone, instead of deleting the phone from the list.

To turn off or delete a phone from the Anywhere Locations List:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Call Control menu, click Anywhere.
  1. Do one of the following

    • To turn off a phone number, in the Anywhere Locations List section, deselect the checkbox in the Enable column.

    • To delete a phone number, highlight the row with the phone number, then click the Delete button.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.

Did you know? You can also use the Anywhere button on the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar to turn off the feature instead of deleting an Anywhere phone.
