Turning on Do Not Disturb

Turn on the Do Not Disturb feature if you'll be away from your office for an extended period of time or if you're in the office and don't want to answer calls. When Do Not Disturb is turned on, callers are automatically sent to voicemail.

To turn on Do Not Disturb:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Services.

The Services window opens with the toolbar features, displaying the last feature opened.
  1. Under the Incoming Calls menu, click Do Not Disturb.
  1. Click the On radio button.
  1. If you want a reminder that Do Not Disturb is on, select the checkbox next to Play Ring Reminder when a call is forwarded.
  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you want to make additional changes, click Apply, then click on the next feature to set.

    • If you're done, click OK.

When you no longer need to use Do Not Disturb, click the Do Not Disturb icon (a red silhouette with a white circle and diagnal line) on the toolbar.
