Viewing and using your personal directory

You can add contacts to your personal directory in the VoIP portal and the directory will sync to the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar. From your personal directory you can view all your contacts and make calls.

To view and make calls from your personal directory:

  1. Open your browser or Microsoft Outlook with the Enterprise Assistant Toolbar.
  1. Click Personal Directory (the green silhouette icon).
  1. To call a contact, click the phone number.
  1. To end your call, click the red phone icon.
