Accessing the callers list on your phone (VVX 3xx/4xx series)

Did you forget to write down a phone number? Did you misplace an important phone number? Perhaps you wrote down the wrong number? With the callers feature you can access all call records: missed, received, and placed. Once you locate a call record, you can redial that party, save the call record as a contact in your directory, or delete a record.

When your phone is in an idle state, in other words you are not on a call and are not dialing, you will see a Callers soft key at the bottom of your display.

  1. Press the Callers soft key.

  2. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll through all call records.

  3. Call record types are identified by unique icons:

    • "x" indicates a missed call

    • an up arrow indicates a placed call

    • a down arrow indicates a received call

  4. With a call record highlighted, press the Dial soft key to call to that individual.
  1. You can also do any of the following:

    • To delete a highlighted call record, press the Clear soft key.

    • To rearrange your list, press the Sort soft key. (If you are using a VVX 3xx, press the More soft key to access the Sort soft key).

    • To review a specific call list type, press the Type soft key.

Did you know? A valid extension or 10-digit number is required to redial from your call logs. If a missed or incoming call record does not provide a full or valid 10-digit number or extension, you will not be able to place a call from that call record.

Using the Clear soft key will delete individual call records. There is also a feature that allows you to clear or delete entire list types or all call records including missed, placed and received.
