If you're on a call at your desk but need to leave the office before the call is finished, you can move the call (pull) from your desk phone to your mobile device using the anywhere feature. To do this, you need to set up your mobile device as an anywhere device in your end-user portal.
After the anywhere feature is set up and you're on a call on your desk phone, taking your call on the go is easy:
The call from your desk phone seamlessly moves to your mobile phone.
Did you know? Anywhere is a feature only available with premium seats. If you don’t find the anywhere feature in your end-user portal, you do not have access to this feature. Contact your organization's administrator to find out if you can get access to this feature.
