Retrieving a parked call on your phone (VVX 300/400 series)

Once you either park a call or are notified that a call has been parked for you, you must retrieve the call before the maximum park time is met (otherwise the call will ring back to the extension it was parked from).

Calls that are parked can be retrieved on any device in any office or location on CenturyLink® Hosted VoIP. It does not have to be retrieved from a device in the same geographic location.

  1. From any device press the Retrieve soft key. (You may need to press the More soft key to access the Retrieve soft key.)
  1. When prompted, enter the extension the call was parked on.

    The call moves from the cloud to that device.
