If you're on a call at your desk, but need to leave the office before the call is finished, you can move the call from your desk phone to your mobile phone using the anywhere feature. To do this, you need to set up your anywhere mobile device in the end-user portal.
After the anywhere feature is set up and you're on a call on your desk phone, taking your call on the go is easy:
Did you know? Anywhere is a feature only available with premium seats. If you don’t find the anywhere feature in your end-user portal, you do not have access to the feature. Contact your organization's administrator to find out if you can get access to this feature.
