VoIP call-detail reporting capabilities

Both the VoIP Administrator Portal and Control Center provide call-detail reporting capabilities. Below are the reporting options available and how to access them.

Viewing reports in the VoIP Administrator Portal

To view reports in the VoIP Administrator Portal do the following:
 

  1. Go to https://www.centurylink.com/voip.

  2. Log in using your user ID and password.

  3. From the main menu, click Reports.

Viewing reports in Control Center

To view reports in Control Center, do the following:
 

  1. Go to controlcenter.centurylink.com.

  2. Log in using your user ID and password.

  3. Click the Reports tile, then click the Usage Analyst subtile.
