Accessing Receptionist Console for the first time

The first time you access the Receptionist Console, you’ll go through the VoIP portal. After the first sign in, you can go directly to the Receptionist Console at https://parwc2.hv.centurylink.com/receptionist/ to sign in. We recommend you bookmark this page.

To access Receptionist Console for the first time:
 

  1. Log in to the VoIP portal.
  1. From the top menu in the VoIP portal, click the Receptionist PC Console link.
  1. To log in, use your VoIP portal credentials. Remember, the user ID and password are case sensitive.
Note:  If you don’t have your credentials, you'll find the login information in your welcome email.
  1. To stay signed in to the Receptionist Console, select the checkbox next to the Stay Signed In option.

  2. To bookmark the Receptionist Console URL, click the Bookmark this Page link,
    then Ctrl D.

  3. Click Sign In.
